The State of Sex Ed is a pop-up exhibit that seeks to inform participants about the current state of sex education in the United States. The exhibit asks them to consider their experiences with sex ed curriculum and challenge their understanding about this often controverisal social issue. The final installation was located in the campus cafeteria, targeting college peers.
A team project, State of Sex Ed is made up of four activity stations, offering various opportunities to interact with the information provided. I created the station "Too Soon? Too Late?" based on a token voting system. Below are the instructions viewable on the station.
Each of the eight token panels are detachable so that tokens can be removed in order to allow for new reponses in different set up locations.

Other interactive activities provided several lenses in exploring the current impact of US sex ed. These stations were built by Aidan Hudson-Lapore, Emily Kao, and Brian Payne. In order to maintain cohesion, our team worked closely together to develop the themes of each activity.
